ISLA, the International Service Logistics Association is a network of professionals dedicated to Service Management and Spare Parts Logistics. On the following pages you will find information about ISLA, the members of the association, and the benefits you can receive from an ISLA membership. ISLA organizes events and disseminates publications which support Service and Logistics Executives worldwide.

ISLA is not commercially driven and supported by the industry itself. Since its foundation in 2003, nearly 60 companies have joined the association. They are based in 14 European countries and the U.S. and active in industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, High Tech, ICT, Machinery, and Power Generation.

ISLA’s objective is to promote the exchange of knowlegde among aftermarket service, customer support and spare parts logistics executives. We believe that even experienced managers can learn from one another how to achieve excellence, innovate services, obtain operational efficiencies and improve quality. Therefore, we organize events and conferences where service and logistics professionals find the perfect opportunity for meeting, sharing and networking.
